What would you do?....He proposed!!.. where is the ring?

Hey ladies, Happy Tuesday!!!. Yeah, so I wanted to know what you would say.......

2. Maybe

I want the women opinions. If your boyfriend proposed to you and doesn't have a ring, Would you still accept the proposal, and would you still claim him as your fiance? 

I need honest opinions (and no this is not for me.... strictly research)
